★★★★★“Stayed with a young child and had a wonderful experience. The resort is very family friendly and perfect for kids who love swimming. The pool was a big highlight of our stay, and our child had so much fun every day. The price was very affordable compared to other hotels in Sentosa, offering great value for money. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, with several restaurants and attractions nearby. The resort has a relaxing atmosphere and is a great choice for families looking for an enjoyable and budget-friendly staycation. We would definitely return again.”
★★★★★“This is very homely resort that builds fond memories. The staff are extremely nice to the guests with a little personal touch in our lives with small thoughtful conversations. The design is family oriented and the location is a short distance walk to the beach and tram. The 7 eleven at level 1 is awesome. Thank you for the wonderful stay and we wish we could be back soon. Thank you Siloso Beach Resort!”
★★★★★“We were originally due to stay at the Robertson Quay Hotel for four nights. When we arrived, management offered us an "upgrade" to their four-star sister hotel, the Siloso Beach Resort, free of charge as we were celebrating a 40th birthday. It has a nicer pool, villas and a tree house with enough room for all of us. Fantastic. After persuasion and looking at the hotel photos, all 9 of us paid for a taxi and made our way there. ||Upon arrival, it was clear that we'd been had. I wouldn't call this hotel four stars as promised, I wouldn't even call it finished. It is a mix of an old 70s hotel, a construction site and a council estate. We arrived early, with the promise we could use the facilities whilst they get our rooms ready for check in at 3pm. We did in fact use the pool (to be fair, that was really nice) after finally stumbling upon the only unlocked toilet to get changed in. ||At 3pm we checked into our rooms. Well, one group did. The 40th birthday boy and his family with kids were left without a room until 5pm because it wasn't ready yet, despite being there since 8am. I suspect their room was given away by accident. Either way, clearly mismanagement and miscommunication occured.||As for our villa, the pictures on the website are misleading. We were assured it would fit all five of us, and technically it did. One room was lovely, four poster bed with another single made up. That was the only bedroom, as two single beds were slung into the lounge for me and my partner. The bathroom was okay, but there was an outdoor jacuzzi but with full with dirty water and dead flies.||The pièce de résistance was our room/lounges' special feature. The hotel is branded as an 'eco hotel' so we have a tree going directly through our room encased in a grubby pyrex box with a hole in the roof. With the tree is whatever unfortunate creature happens to climb down or fall into that hole and join us in that room. We had insects, squirrels, and what sent us over the edge, a rat! After going to management, we were told they would 'deal with it' after we checked out, in a not very "eco-friendly" manner, I suspect. I slept in the other room, whilst my partner slept next to a rat?!||The issues that we raised (a missing room and rodents alike) were dealt with poorly, both times we had to chase for answers which meant to issues were ongoing for hours.||The pool, close proximity to the beach and the cheery chap in the cafe were it's highlights. The rest? Abysmal. We were excited to leave. Shame on you Siloso Beach Resort and shame on you Robertson Quay for sending us there.”
★★★★★“Promoted on Agoda as a 4 star hotel. Its far from that 2 to 3 star is more accurate. Check in was a nightmare, meant to be at 3pm, but the staff couldn't tell us when our room may be ready. 1 hour later we got our room. Our garden suite was small with a disfunctional roof top spa and sunbathing area. Old and mouldy and far from a comfortable area. A nice roof view. The room was small. One chair was provided for seating. Bathroom was dark and old, but clean. The shower was tiny. Ac was ok. Bed was just ok, the old wooden frame was squeaky and the rubber Pillows were very uncomfortable. Drinking water was provided and 2 bath towels per room. Pool towels were scarce. Pool and spa was ok. Not enough seating was provided. Breakfast was just ok. Coffee was poor. Location is great.”
